A regular update is planned on the 04.05.2026 at 10:00 CEST for few of our databases. We expect the process to take up to 1 hour.

During the maintenance, customers may not be able to login into their accounts and email delivery could be slower than usual.

API General data outage

We have identified a data outage because of some wrong configurations which led to data loose. This issue has partially affected the deliverability and other functionalities like imports, sync and statistics. All functionality are recovered to the normal state and we are still watching our services.
