A security update is planned for our MTA servers on 29.12.2025 at 21:00 CET.

The update is expected to last for up to one hour.

During the maintenance, email delivery could be slower than usual, and some emails could not get delivered or get bounced.

Our team will be monitoring the platform to resolve any issues.

API Database Issue

One of our internal databases was not reachable today for a while what affected different services and clients. We have contacted our provider to investigate in the issue. In between the we were able to get the server running again.

All services should be functional but we are still getting complaints related to the after effects. Please contact our customer care if you face difficulties using the platform.
