A security update is planned for our MTA servers on 29.12.2025 at 21:00 CET.

The update is expected to last for up to one hour.

During the maintenance, email delivery could be slower than usual, and some emails could not get delivered or get bounced.

Our team will be monitoring the platform to resolve any issues.

API API performance

Our service performance is still affected by the heavy activities on the platform and some databases are overloaded. We are decreasing the number of connections to the affected databases by deactivating internal processes. Please be aware that statistics will get reflected into accounts late and thumbnail generation takes longer time than usual. If you have other issues, please contact our customer care.

API Database Performance Issue

One of our databases is having very high load what affects the general performance of our services.

This affects most of our clients and leads to a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability is also be slower than usual.
