An urgent update is planned for one of databases on Monday the 23.03.2026 at 15:00 CET. We expect the process to take up to one hour.

During the maintenance, some customers will not be able to use the platform and email sending be delayed.

Database Related Issue

We have identified a database-related issue.

This affects only a small part of our clients and leads to a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability may also be affected.

EDIT: In addition to the database-related issue, we have identified one faulty MongoDB node, which will be replaced soon.

Our team has managed the MongoDB load balancer networking issue and deliverability is back to normal

Deliverability Issue

We have noticed that some emails are not getting sent out. This affects only some customers' accounts. Our team is investigating the issue.

There was a lock on one table in on of the databases. After finishing processing the long running query, the mentioned table was released for writing. Newsletter sending is functional for all clients again.

The load on the delivering components is over and emails deliverability time is back to normal.
