APIDatabase Issue
One of our databases went down because of a human failure while trying to fix the high load on another database.
Our team has managed to bring the database back but we may have lost some data. Pleas reach out our Customer care if you have any unusual behavior in your account
APIDatabase Performance Issue
One of our databases is still having a high load which affects the general performance of our services.
This affects some of our clients and leads to a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability may also be slower than usual.
