DeliveryDeliverability Issue
We had to stop some heavy process to deliver emails quicker the we ran the processes again as before after all stuck newsletters got delivered.
All our services and functionalities are back to normal state and we are still watching the system

Because of heavy activity on two of our databases the email delivery is delayed for some clients. We are watching the system to take actions if needed.

The update script is just finished successfully and the affected database is functional. All services are back to normal state including deliverability.

APIDatabase issue
We have identified the issue and already updated one table in the affected database. There is another table that in getting updated and will take longer, because of the big data size.
Until the update command is finished, clients on the affected database could face performance issues and links may not work properly.
We are doing our best to solve the issues as soon as possible.
