Scheduled Maintenance - Database Update

A regular update is planned on the 04.05.2026 at 10:00 CEST for few of our databases. We expect the process to take up to 1 hour.

During the maintenance, customers may not be able to login into their accounts and email delivery could be slower than usual.

Delivery Delivery Issue Fixed

Most of the newsletters were sent by their own but we had to re-queue very few stuck scheduled newsletters. Now all stuck newsletters are out and delivery time is back to normal.

Delivery Deliverability Issue

As a consequence of previous issue some scheduled newsletters were stuck and they started getting sent. As we have many newsletters in the queue delivery could be delayed and scheduled newsletters could get delivered late. We are watching the delivery and will take actions if needed.

API API performance

We have noticed an increased latency in our API, and we are investigating the issue.
