A regular update is planned on the 04.05.2026 at 10:00 CEST for few of our databases. We expect the process to take up to 1 hour.

During the maintenance, customers may not be able to login into their accounts and email delivery could be slower than usual.

Provider Related Networking Issue Identified

We have identified a provider-related networking issue. This one had an effect on multiple system components, including database clusters. It looks like Hetzner has already solved this issue. Nearly all components were affected by this (delivery, UI etc.) for a short period of time.
