APIDatabase Maintenance Update
We have successfully finished the maintenance and all the services are back now. The platform may still be a bit slower than usual for a short time until all stuck process like recipient imports, newsletter sending and statistics are finished.
We are still watching the metrics to make sure everything still works as usually

We have started an urgent database optimization as one table in one of our databases is reaching it's limit. During the process, some customers may not be able to import new recipients and using the platform could be slow until the maintenance is over.
APIDatabase Performance Issue
We had to do an urgent maintenance today night and the process is still in progress, which is affecting the general experience using the platform.
Statistics could be populated delayed and deliverability could be also slower for some customers.
Our team is watching the platform and working hard to fix the issues.
