A regular update is planned on the 04.05.2026 at 10:00 CEST for few of our databases. We expect the process to take up to 1 hour.

During the maintenance, customers may not be able to login into their accounts and email delivery could be slower than usual.

We had to start an optimization process on one of our databases to ensure keeping the platform stable. The update is expected to take some hours. During the process, some clients may notice a slightly slow performance impact and newsletter reports could need some time to be shown correctly. Deliverability shouldn't be affected. Our team is watching the situation closely to take the necessary steps if needed.

The process went smoothly and all data are populated in all accounts.
