A regular update is planned on the 04.05.2026 at 10:00 CEST for few of our databases. We expect the process to take up to 1 hour.

During the maintenance, customers may not be able to login into their accounts and email delivery could be slower than usual.

There was a networking glitch and one of our email deliverer was not able to connect to one database. Our team was able to solve the issue and is watching platform.
