Past Incidents

The scheduled database upgrade is still in progress and because of that some functionalities are slower than usual like statistic counting and contacts import.

The upgrade is expected to take more few hours and our team is monitoring the system.

An update for two of our databases is planned on 19.04.2024 at 19:00 CET.

During the update, some clients will experience high latency using our services and email delivery will be also slower than usual for those customers.
