API API performance

One of our servers was not processing new requests what led to dropping many requests from the customers. After restarting the server the service are working normally again.

Our team is still monitoring the system.

We have noticed an increased latency in our API which is related to one of our service provider. Devliveraibility is also slower than usual.

Our team is monitoring the system to take actions if needed.
