An urgent update is planned for one of databases on Monday the 23.03.2026 at 15:00 CET. We expect the process to take up to one hour.
During the maintenance, some customers will not be able to use the platform and email sending be delayed.

The maintenance process is successfully finished on one of the databases and two are still in progress.
Some of our customers are having issues to log in into their accounts and we are keeping an eye on the platform.
An update for three of our databases is planned on 23.08.2024 at 18:00 CET , and it is expected to take few hours.
During the update, newsletter statistics will be displayed incorrectly and deliverability could be slower than usual for some customers.
