A database update is planned on the 08.01.2026 at 18:00 CET for two of our databases. We expect the process to take multiple hours up to eight hours.
During the maintenance, some customers could notice slowness using the platform and email delivery could be slower than usual.

During an urgent database maintenance, customers may experience slower performance while using the platform. This may be particularly noticeable during login and general platform usage. Additionally, email delivery may be slower than usual during this time.
