Couple of our servers are not handling the requests as they should and we suspect a networking issue between the nodes.
Some requests will not be acknowledged from the API (directly and over the UI) from the first try i.e. some requests will be needed to be made more than once.
We haven't taken the faulty nodes out of the cluster to be able to debug and because that will cause huge performance issue.
Our team is working on the this issue besides the issue with sending the attachments and will update as soon as we come further.
We were able to fix a networking issue on two of our nodes and we are now watching the general performance of the platform
Issue is fixed and the platform is getting back to normal behavior
