Past Incidents

Our services are still facing performance issues what impacts the user interface and the usability. We are working on the topic intensively to solve the issue.

We have upgraded our persistence layer's machines and run a clean up process since last week. Our platform has been stable since then besides that metrics and logs are back to normal state.

One of our databases is still having a high load which affects the general performance of our services.

This affects most of our clients and leads to a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability may also be slower than usual.
