We are aware that one of our databases is having a high load which affects the general performance of our services for some clients.

The affected clients are having a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability is also be slower than usual.

Our team is working to find out the cause and solve the issue.

We have done an update to the database and the general application performance looks better now. Our team is monitoring the services and we will update accordingly.

We are aware of some data loss after updating one of our databases recently. Our team is trying hard to restore the data from an existing backup.
