We found the issue with the one database server and have fixed it.
The overall performance of the system (Database, API and Delivery) has gone back to normal.
Database Performance Issue
One of our databases is having issues, which affect almost all components (API, UI and Delivery). We are investigating and fixing the problem as soon as possible.
