Scheduled Maintenance - Internal Data Migration, scheduled 2 years ago

An internal data migration is planned on 24.03.2023 at 17:00 UTC (18:00 CET).

As a follow up of the previous issue with one of our databases; we still need to migrate the data to the new table. We have prepared a command to migrate the data and during the process that affected database could have a high load and some queries may not be processed properly. This will be affecting only customer linked to the mentioned database.

After running the command, all statistics and reports for sent newsletters will be shown as before.

API Database Issue

We have fixed the issue of broken links that was affecting some customers by using a larger data table and we are now working on migrating the data from the old table to the new one. For now the platform is working normally again. Statistics and reports will not be shown correctly for some customers until we finish the data migration.

We are working on solving the problem and will keep you updated.

API Database shortage

We are aware of an issue since some days where a table in one database has reached its maximum capacity and no more data can be inserted now.

We are migrating the data from the existing table to a new table that can take twice the amount of data. Because of that, reading on the affected table is very slow and may not be possible for some hours. This means that the platform could be not reachable for clients on the affected database and links in sent newsletter may not be working properly.

Our technical team is working on solving the problem and is watching the progress.

We are sorry for the inconvenience
