An urgent update is planned for one of databases on Monday the 23.03.2026 at 15:00 CET. We expect the process to take up to one hour.
During the maintenance, some customers will not be able to use the platform and email sending be delayed.

DeliveryDelivery fully functional
After investigating the delivery issue, we were able to re-activate the system within 15 minutes. However, we had to deactivate sending permissions for about 150 customers who were doing changes shortly before the API outage a little longer to make sure that everything was alright.
Now, the whole sending infrastructure is completely functional again.
