Scheduled Maintenance - Infrastructure Update

We will be carrying out a planned infrastructure update on Thursday, 10 September 2026, starting at 13:00 CET.

We expect the work to be completed within 30 minutes.

During this window, you may notice slower response times on the platform, and email delivery may take longer than usual.

Brief interruptions are also possible, so an occasional request may need to be retried.

We will update this page as soon as the maintenance is complete, and we will keep the window as short as we can.

Delivery Delivery fully functional

After investigating the delivery issue, we were able to re-activate the system within 15 minutes. However, we had to deactivate sending permissions for about 150 customers who were doing changes shortly before the API outage a little longer to make sure that everything was alright. Now, the whole sending infrastructure is completely functional again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
