We have identified a faulty server in our infrastructure that was blocking queries to our databases and we shut it down yesterday. Besides that we decreased the load on our databases by shutting down some internal tools and we stopped other processes which helped to let the databases to recover.
The overall performance of the system (Database and API) has gone back to normal and we are still watching the metrics.

APIAPI performance
Our service performance is still affected by the heavy activities on the platform and some databases are overloaded. We are decreasing the number of connections to the affected databases by deactivating internal processes.
Please be aware that statistics will get reflected into accounts late and thumbnail generation takes longer time than usual.

APIDatabase Performance Issue
One of our databases is having very high load what affects the general performance of our services.
This affects most of our clients and leads to a slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability is also be slower than usual.
