The affected databases is not reachable again. This affects part of our customers from using the platform

We were able to fully recover the faulty database server and the platform is back to the usual state.
Investigations are still in progress to find out what happened and if the problem is solved completely.

We have noticed that some emails were getting delivered slower than usual because of high load on one of our servers but now the deliverability time is back to normal. We are watching the system to take actions if needed.
