We have noticed an increased latency in our API, and we are investigating the issue.

We have scaled down some of our services that where making a high load on the affected database and now the system is recovered and the database is handling requests normally.

Since there are many processes in the queue, this could lead to a delay in reflecting records into the platform like reports, recipient imports and other functionality. We apologise for the inconvenience

API Database Outage

We have restored the database with some data loss. Some clients could miss newsletters and reports or have newsletters with wrong status. Please reach out our customer care if you notice an unexpected behaviour in your account. We apologise for the inconvenience

We were able to fully recover the faulty database server and the platform is back to the usual state. Investigations are still in progress to find out what happened and if the problem is solved completely.

One of our databases is not reachable what affects a part of our customers. For those customers it is not possible to login, send newsletters or use the API. We are working on bringing the server back
