We have noticed an increased latency in our API, and we are investigating the issue.

We have scaled down some of our services that where making a high load on the affected database and now the system is recovered and the database is handling requests normally.

Since there are many processes in the queue, this could lead to a delay in reflecting records into the platform like reports, recipient imports and other functionality. We apologise for the inconvenience

One of our databases is still having a high load which affects some of our clients.

The affected clients are having slow experience with the API and UI. Deliverability may also be slower than usual.
