Delivery Deliverability Issue

One of our MTAs was stuck because of high load on the CPU. We have restarted the service and deliverability is back to normal state.

We have noticed that emails are getting sent very slowly for some clients. Our team is investigating in the issue.

API Application Disruption

Connections to our main database were not getting established. We have terminated the active connections and the application is accessible again.

All services are back to normal state.

An update is planned on 29.07.2023 at 07:00 CET for two of our databases, and it is expected to take few hours. During the update, some clients may experience high latency using our services and email delivery may be also slower than usual for some clients.
